I’m Erica Daily and he’s Dr. Rafael (but I call him Raf) Actually we call each other Tut (from Tutz) but that’s a different story…

We’re a couple of goofballs living in San Diego, CA. who like to document and share our life.

About Erica:

• Erica is a self proclaimed shopaholic and product junky. Ask her why she needs another pair of shoes and she has a clever answer for Raf.
• A DIY newbie, she looks like a master, tackling the projects hiccups for you, and delivering the perfect detailed instructions to make them fool proof.

• Raf, like Erica is multi-passionate. One minute he is studying for his real estate license, and the next minute he is editing a drone video that he shot, while also planning our next adventure.
• Raf is the kindest soul, who gets sucked into doing all these projects with Erica. But secretly, we know he loves it!

Rafael is a Doctor of Chiropractic and co-founder of  Acru Health. He has always been passionate about helping people live their fullest and healthiest life. Afterall, without our health we have nothing. We will call him the health hack king 🤴🏻
